2. Informational and Medical Disclaimer

4. Treatment Eligibility
Not every treatment is suitable for every individual. Before receiving a service, you may be required to: complete an intake or medical-history form; disclose medications, allergies, health conditions, pregnancy, or previous procedures; participate in an in-person or virtual consultation; provide valid identification; provide informed consent; and receive medical clearance when applicable. Etoile Med Spa and its providers reserve the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue a treatment when they determine that the treatment may not be appropriate or safe for the client. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and other relevant circumstances.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Results from aesthetic, skincare, wellness, and cosmetic treatments vary between individuals. Etoile Med Spa does not guarantee any particular result, duration of results, or outcome. Factors such as age, health, lifestyle, skin condition, adherence to aftercare instructions, and individual biological response may affect treatment results. Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, reviews, and examples displayed on the website or social media represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will receive the same or similar results. Additional sessions, maintenance treatments, or alternative treatments may be recommended to achieve or maintain desired results.
6. Appointments
Appointments may be requested through our website, booking platform, by telephone, or through other approved communication channels. An online appointment request is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Etoile Med Spa. Please arrive on time and complete any required intake, consent, or medical-history documentation before your appointment. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled. Etoile Med Spa may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to provider availability, equipment issues, safety concerns, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Appointments are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show policies communicated during the booking process. Clients are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling within the required notice period. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated rescheduling may result in: loss of an appointment deposit; a cancellation or no-show fee; a requirement to prepay for future appointments; or restrictions on future online booking. Any applicable cancellation period, fee, or deposit requirement will be disclosed during booking or appointment confirmation.
8. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on the website, advertisements, social media, or promotional materials are subject to change without notice. The final price of a treatment may depend on the treatment area, quantity of product used, number of sessions, provider recommendations, and the client’s individual treatment plan. Unless otherwise stated: payment is due at the time services are provided; deposits may be required to reserve certain appointments; deposits may be nonrefundable or subject to the applicable cancellation policy; applicable taxes and fees may be added; and promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Clients are responsible for confirming the total cost before authorizing treatment.
9. Packages, Memberships, Gift Cards, and Promotions
Treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law: promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period; offers may be limited to eligible clients, services, providers, or appointment dates; packages and promotional services may have expiration dates; unused services may not be redeemable for cash; gift cards and account credits may not be transferred without authorization; discounts may not be combined; and promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn before purchase. Specific written terms provided with a package, membership, gift card, or promotion will control if they conflict with this general section.
10. Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic, skincare, wellness, and cosmetic services, completed treatments are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law. Dissatisfaction with a treatment result does not automatically qualify a client for a refund because outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed. Retail products may be returned only in accordance with the return policy communicated at the time of purchase. Opened, used, prescription, temperature-sensitive, or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return. Refund eligibility for deposits, packages, memberships, prepaid services, and gift cards will be determined under the specific terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.
11. Third-Party Financing
Etoile Med Spa may provide access to third-party payment or financing services. Any financing application, approval, payment plan, interest rate, fee, credit decision, refund, or dispute is governed by the financing provider’s separate terms and privacy policy. Etoile Med Spa does not control and does not guarantee: financing approval; credit limits; interest rates; payment-plan terms; or financing-provider decisions. Clients remain responsible for understanding and complying with their financing agreement.
12. Treatment Risks and Aftercare
Aesthetic and cosmetic treatments may involve risks, side effects, recovery periods, and limitations. These vary depending on the treatment and the individual. Before treatment, you may be asked to review and sign a separate informed-consent document describing treatment-specific risks, expected benefits, alternatives, and aftercare requirements. You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Etoile Med Spa. Failure to follow these instructions may increase the risk of complications or negatively affect treatment results. You should contact Etoile Med Spa promptly if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment. For emergencies, call 911 or obtain immediate medical assistance.
13. Client Photography and Media
Etoile Med Spa may take clinical photographs when reasonably necessary to document treatment planning, progress, or results. Clinical photographs will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Etoile Med Spa will not use identifiable client photographs, videos, testimonials, or treatment information for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes without obtaining any authorization or consent required by applicable law. Any separate media authorization is voluntary and may be governed by its own terms.
14. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and separately opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Etoile Med Spa LLC at the phone number provided. Transactional messages may include: appointment confirmations; appointment reminders; scheduling or rescheduling updates; treatment and aftercare communications; account or payment updates; customer-support messages; and other service-related notifications. Marketing messages may include: special offers; treatment promotions; event announcements; new-service updates; membership or package promotions; and other Etoile Med Spa news. Marketing messages will be sent only when you have provided the applicable consent. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. 15. Email Communications

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required. Unsubscribing from marketing emails may not prevent you from receiving necessary transactional or service-related emails. Email is not always a secure communication method. Do not send urgent or highly sensitive medical information by ordinary email.
16. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and any additional privacy notices or patient forms that apply to the services you receive. Medical or treatment-related information may also be subject to applicable federal and Texas privacy requirements.
